International Online Story Circle w/ Chukky Ibe!

Calling all Newcomers to NL!!!

Every journey has a story.

And Newfoundland is now part of yours!

 Join St. John’s Storytelling for a special Open Mic Story Circle hosted by the amazing Chukky Ibe on September 23 at 730pm NL!

 The Zoom event will be celebrating the stories, experiences, and journeys of newcomers and immigrants to Newfoundland and Labrador.

 This is a relaxed and welcoming evening where people from different backgrounds can come together to share personal stories, memories, laughter, and experiences.

 What brought you to Newfoundland? What was it like arriving somewhere completely new? What surprised you about life here? Do you have a funny first Newfoundland experience, a favourite memory, a story about finding community, or a memory from the place you once called home? This is your chance to tell it!

 Our open mic circle is all about giving newcomers a space to have their voices heard and allowing the wider community to listen, connect, and learn from one another. Whether you have lived in NL for a few weeks or many years, your story belongs here!
